For the time being, we're really sorry as we don't have more informations.
What is known for sure, is, that all data on Aurora (main node) is lost (all shared hosting accounts), most of VPS are well as they are on a different nodes.
We're waiting on investigation results, but as it seems all hard drives are completely dead.


F.A.Q:

- We're not responsible for any data you've may lost, doing regular backups is something you should have been doing.
- We will compensate for the down-time.
- If you have any sort of backups, we can get those up and running on one of our other servers, please contact us at "support@1euro-hosting.eu".
